Slacking vs. Multitasking

Anne Fisher in an article in CNN points out that Slacking isn't as bad as the reputation that it is given : You can't be creative if you don't have time to create something new!

Multitasking has always been given such a special role in companies as something that drives productivity, but doing the same things over and over again makes most people dull, and eventually overtaken in career and in life by those who have taken time to think and create.

Fact or Fiction? It may or may not apply to you, but it does hold true for a lot of people.
